By using our website or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.
Beepz Auto Solutions is a Brisbane-based business offering used vehicle sales, vehicle rental and car subscriptions, and mechanical workshop services. Information on our website and in our messages (including vehicle availability, prices and quotes) is provided in good faith but may change without notice. A booking, sale, rental or repair is only confirmed once agreed in writing and, where applicable, once a separate agreement has been signed.
When you message us via Facebook Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp, your enquiry is received and answered by our team through our self-hosted customer support platform (Chatwoot). We use these channels only to respond to your enquiries, provide quotes, manage bookings and give customer support. We will not send you unsolicited marketing through these channels. You can stop messaging us or ask us to delete your conversation data at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Vehicle rentals and subscriptions are subject to identity verification, a valid driver's licence, payment of any bond and fees, and the specific rental or subscription agreement you sign with us. Vehicle sales are subject to the contract of sale provided at the time of purchase. Where these agreements conflict with these Terms, the specific agreement applies.
Quotes for workshop services are estimates based on the information available at the time. We will contact you for approval before carrying out additional work that increases the quoted cost.
You agree not to use our website or messaging channels to send unlawful, abusive, misleading or harmful content, or to attempt to interfere with the operation of our systems.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or messaging channels.
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it and how to request its deletion.
